DAY 1 - 2:56 AM: I feel like a idiot, doing this and being awake rn high as hell watching youtube. Hopefully this will change and ill be doing something proudful, heres my first step. I want to self improve and then learn money, it takes time and I have that but it's useless. I wanna be better and im gonna actually put my foot down and stop, I have a weakness from weed and I know i do but I literally can't stop smoking, the adreline gives me hope, attention and I'm not constantly looking for dopamine. I do wish to stop that, its disgusting. I will. I'm gonna stop looking for validation from people I don't know Stop the temptation Get a haircut IF ANYONE DISRESPECTS YOU, DON'T LOSE IT BRO I wanna be the best I can possibly be, I will update this personal blog and feel free to read it. My name is Anthoni, i'm 15 and this is my self improvement journey CURRENT SCHEDULE: wake up computer eat dont sleep all night - Repeat go school sleep IMPROVED: Sleep, wake up and workout take a shower (brush teeth, ect.) Go to school and dont engage with anything immature or stupid Come home, clean enviorment, do all chores, eat at a reasonable time Computer & Phone: I cannot use my phone until 3pm. I cannot use my pc until all chores are done and I am free to engage in gaming until 8PM. FOR THE NEXT HOURT I WILL STUDY SELF IMPROVEMENT, MONEY, WORK ON MY BUSINESS & MORE. Goals: Wipe my pc, only have my business running (few games), learn new ways to make money and just focus, Workout more and learn some new workouts to actually take some effect. Eat better, I want to eat better. (Low carb stuff only).
